Can the Head of UN make a decision about handling conflict, without ever facing it themselves, or the Head of WHO make a decision in how to help AIDS victims, without ever having cared for an AIDS-afflicted person?

ReflectLearn is wishing to trial a new technique, and needs contacts from niche-need organizations like UNESCO, WarChild, etc. We hope to gather stories from those who have faced the challenges directly, and then share it as an additional resource for the 'authority' to reflect upon, prior to handing down decisions.
